Insolvn Sea is the dancefloor-drawn alias of Ian Vogel. The Barcelona based producer and DJ stays his art on complex rhythms and intricate synth work. He intends to break and fix time, and elate with melodies. Insolvn Sea's textures are drum-heavy psychedelic journeys, big hearts wandering around UK techno's warehouse. Ian's 2020 debut LP was released under moniker Etkats, and plays between dancefloor and headphones.

Punkal talks about executive power and governmental power, about their freedom to do whatever they want with their people: to distribute our goods, our property, our land and our soil to the strongest. In the past, the military and soldiers were used to impose themselves on society, but now the weapons of power are more subtle and are protected by laws and enforced by accomplices and enforcers within the system.

Punkal speaks of the strongest hitting first. The song aims to remind the strong and the powerful, when they make the rules that divide countries and people, that life is more than the time we live on earth. Responsibility, guilt and injustice continue, even once their time in this place is over.
